Christmas Play

It was raised that not all people were thanked for their contributions of mince pies. It was agreed that it was difficult to always know who had contributed as not all tins were marked with names, and that so many people had contributed.

We would like to extend our thanks to all who did contribute mince pies, they were all much appreciated.

9.

Line Dancing

Virginia raised the idea of ‘Line Dancing’ Night(s). It was agreed that this could be run as a low key Fundraising / Fun evening. It was brought up that the Men should be encouraged to come along. Costs would be kept to a minimum with Just wine and Soft drinks supplied on sale or return, and Chilton Foliat hall hired. March was thought to be a suitable month for this. Virginia to look into and progress.
