Thank you!

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Mr Tull and Mr Ockwell who did a really fantastic job of clearing up the car park. Your time and hard work was really appreciated – especially as it was Phil’s birthday!

School Lunches

There are still a number of Parents who have not yet paid for the period up to 23^rd May 2008 at a cost of £45.60. Lunches should be paid for in advance so we would appreciate a prompt settlement! Please make cheques payable to SODEXHO.

Congratulations to Frances Crowcombe who has achieved a silver award for flute.

Violin Lessons

Mrs Carole Healey comes to the school to teach violin on Monday afternoons. From September she will have some vacancies for anyone who would like to take up this instrument. If you are interested, please let Mrs Wells know as Mrs Healey would be happy to talk to Parents and also arrange a taster lesson during the summer term.

The School Office

Mrs Wells will not be in the Office on Tuesday 13^th May and Thursday 5^th June. Any messages left on the answering machine will be checked at every break time.

Dr Robson Evening

Thank you to the Parents, Governors and staff who managed to get to last night’s meeting. Dr Robson is indeed an inspirational and passionate speaker about learning, and from the comments of those who attended, they will be back for more the next time he visits the school!

We know you all have a big week next week – Good luck, you can do it! Try not to worry and make sure you have some early nights and healthy breakfasts!
